Paying your Utility Bill
Utility Bills are mailed on the 1st of each month and are due on the 15th of each month
There are several options to pay your Utility Bill:

To pay your utility bill on line with a credit card, click on the Pay-Gov link or go to their website at www.paygov.us (you must have your account number and the amount you want to pay)

You may download Pay-Gov Mobile to make a payment the PLC code is 1048. (you must have your account number and the amount you want to pay)

Pay in person at the city building (cash or check) Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 3:00pm

After hours, place your payment in the drop box on the side of the city building.

Normal trash pick-up is every Thursday
Large item pick-up is the 1st Thursday of the month. Customers must call Best Way at least a day in advance to schedule a pick-up.

BILLING CARDS
August 2025 will be the last time Farmland Residents will be receiving billing cards.
No more cards being held together by tape.
No more receiving 1/2 of your bill.
We are finally changing to letter bills. The letter billing will be mailed out for the September 2025 billing.
When you pay your bill, please give us the bottom third of the letter with your payment.
